Government versus Small Business Income

From Top 30 Most Profitable Small Businesses During 2008, here is a table of the reported profit margins:

This is a listing of the profit margins for the TOP 30 most profitable.  The margins of profit range from 7.65% to 16.92%.  This is for companies that actually produce something for the moneys received.

At Kansas Dept. of Revenue Publication 1700: All city, county and special jurisdiction sales tax rates is the official listing of sales taxes for the various cities in the state of Kansas.

For Wichita the sales tax rate is 6.3% for the State + 1.0 for the city for a total profit margin of 7.3%.  And for this the government’s only production is legislation requiring that the people pay this fee/tax for what others have produced.

In addition to sales taxes are the road taxes on gasoline sales, property taxes on real property and equipment, licencing fees, registration fees, 911 fees, and the list goes on and on.

But even at 7.3%, this matches or at least approaches the entire profit margin for many small businesses.

If businesses can operate and even grow with this rate, why can the government not do so?  If this is the income level of successful business investors, the income level with which they buy homes and provide for their families and purchase cars and pay taxes and purchase insurance and prepare for retirement, why is this not enough for the government?  Why is there never an end to the talk of increasing taxes?

Do you know the answer?

There is a saying: “Follow the money.”  Indeed, if one follows the money one will answer the question as to why the government never has enough.

The answer is very disturbing, even angering.

Real Costs of Inflation

The following data is from the Federal Reserve Misinformation Page.

2000  -  -  3.4%
2001  -  -  2.8%
2002  -  -  1.6%
2003  -  -  2.3%
2004  -  -  2.7%
2005  -  -  3.4%
2006  -  -  3.2%
2007  -  -  2.9%
2008  -  -  3.8%
2009  -  -  -0.4%
2010  -  -  1.6%
2011  -  -  3.2%
2012  -  -  3.3%

Is there anyone in the world who actually believes these reported rates of inflation? Is there anyone who actually purchases daily need items, such as groceries, who believes that these figures even come close to representing the increases in costs that have been imposed upon us?

Some months the costs have increased by these percentages in those singular months!

What is more is that for many items not only had the cost risen for the item, but the size of the item has been reduced as well.

The article that drew my attention to this chart is How the Fed Steals for the 1%.

This article makes its point without even having to challenge the falsified data. Even using the misrepresentative figures that the FED bankers publish, the theft of our wealth is demonstrated in shocking measure. If the real inflation rates were used, it would be even more shocking.

This article effectively demonstrates how much better off Americans were when the Constitution still was the law of the land and Congress controlled our money supply. After the international bankers were given control of the money supply through allowing them to create the separate banking entity of the Federal Reserve, Income Taxes were instituted to take our incomes from us to give to these bankers for the privilege of using our own money. Now we have to pay them for the privilege of having a monetary system. The founding fathers provided a monetary system that would cost us nothing. Why do Americans fail to see that this is a far better and prosperous way? Why do Americans fail to see that we should first replace the politicians who enslave us to the FED, and then, replace the FED with our own monetary supply again?

The issue before us seems to be the lack of understanding that people have regarding what the FED really is. This is on account of the Federally controlled indoctrination system, mislabeled as “public education.”

Here is an oversimplification of what the FED is. While it is an oversimplification, it still makes the point of which most people are unaware.

Let’s say I come to you when you are paying your bills and I draw your attention to the fact that you have a fluctuation in the amount of money in your wallet or checking account as you pay your bills. Then I offer to help you stabilize your money supply by changing the method by which you receive your money. Then I take all of your money from your wallet and your checking and savings accounts and from your pensions and other assets. In place of your money, I offer you a new money supply, one that has my name on it and which I control. I then will control the amount of this money that is available to you. Before you can use this money, you must purchase this money from me. (This is how I take your money in the first place.)

You purchase my money from me for an additional fee, called interest. Then you must pay me this interest for as long as this money is in circulation. Naturally, because the interest continues to accumulate, more money must be purchased to put into circulation. This money naturally has interest which you and your children and all future generations will pay to me. I do not pay anything for the money that I sell to you at interest.

When you need more money to pay me more interest, I will simply invent more monetary units to sell to you. I will not do any work to obtain these monetary units. I will not pay anything for them. I will not supply any collateral for backing of the value. It is actually your future income that I use for backing the value of my money. Therefore, you must work and earn money in order for my money to have value. Moreover, in order for you to earn this money, you must first borrow it from me. I get away with this because you have established my money as the legal currency that you are legally required to accept and use.

Moreover, any costs that I incur for printing and accounting I will charge to you. Which of course will mean that you will have to buy more monetary units from me. Moreover, every time that I make more monetary units available to you, the value of the monetary units that you now have will become devalued so that more are needed to make the same purchases of regular goods. Thus even more money will be needed. This is called inflation, which is guaranteed to be incurred perpetually.

So that future generations will not realize that I am an entity entirely separate from you and family (nation/government), I will use a name that sounds like your family (nation/government). I will call myself the Federal Reserve which sounds like I am actually of your family and that I actually have reserves of value that guarantee value for my money that you purchase from me. Of course I have no reserves other than your enslavement to the use of my money and I certainly am not of your family. But that is the beauty of using this name for myself. It tricks you into unwavering fidelity and loyalty to me, and saves me from having to care about you in any way whatsoever. I can use this name and this system to make you work and invest to make me unimaginably wealthy and powerful.

While the actual deceptive ploys are somewhat more intricate than this, this really is what the Federal Reserve and every other central bank in the world is and does.

Then these bankers also fabricate data to tell us that the rate of inflation and suffering is not nearly what our own senses and reason indicate.

It saddens me and even angers me that my fellow Americans close their eyes and minds to what is happening so that they continue to support these bankers who promote going to war with other nations under the guise of protecting America’s interests. How is it that my fellow Americans are unwilling to see that it is not interests but interest that is being protected and propagated. Every one of these invasions gives these bankers control of yet another nation’s economy. Every one of these invasions is paid for by our government, which means increased money supply, which means increased interest for the FED bankers. Trillions upon TRILLIONS of dollars are being added to the debt, debt that is held by the FED bankers. So we pay them to make war on other nations, nations upon whom they impose their monetary control. We go bankrupt to help enslave people who are already poor and struggling for survival.

Worst of all, the Obama, Gingrich, Romney, and Santorum all support this as “god-fearing” representatives. And the people follow and chant, “God bless America! God bless our troops!”

Then they go to the supermarket and attack and abuse and curse the poor grocery clerk for “ripping them off.”

I still cringe when I remember Michelle Obama’s statement that for the first time she was proud of her country. But now I am beginning to understand that what this means is that now her husband is one of the elite who actually own us as a country. Is that perhaps what she means by “Her Country”? She certainly seems to enjoy her vacation trips to Hawaii that we give her.

Argh!

Wake up, America!

Argh! Argh! Argh!

You know, it is really sad because I cannot turn off my love for this country and her people and all who could benefit from who we are, or at least once were and could be again. Certainly this nation has never been a perfect nation, nor even truly righteous. Yet we have been blessed beyond any fathomable accounting. We have enjoyed freedom and prosperity. We have also enjoyed the benefit of our marvelous Constitution and Bill of Rights. So far, these still exist.

As I consider these, and especially the freedom that we have enjoyed in proclaiming the Gospel, I still rejoice and give thanks. I still want to cry out to my countrymen and even to the world with thanks to God for what we have enjoyed, what we still enjoy, and what could be preserved for future generations. I am even willing to make sacrifices toward this end, but what sacrifices are really even needed? Is it really a sacrifice to be willing to vote for someone who actually represents these things that provide such enormous blessings?

What an oddball, hey?

Ron Paul's Keynote Speech at the 50th Anniversary of JBS

As I listen to this man, I find it hard to understand why anyone would even consider any other candidate, at least anyone who loves what this country is supposed to be according to our Constitution, and even according to common sense godly and peaceable principles. I'm not looking to argue the matter at this juncture, only to let the man be heard. I have watched and listened to many of his speeches. They are readily available on the Internet. He always says the same things. He has said them for over 30 years. These are the things that Americans believed and said when America was still reasonably healthy and free. I would love to see America returned to health and freedom. It certainly is not moving toward either of these under the current pattern of leadership.

So, for what it is worth, here is the man telling his positions, without harassment and deliberate misrepresentation.

What Is Happening to Our Money?

As prices continue to rise faster than incomes can compensate, do you share in wondering: “What is happening to our money?”

Here are two articles that deal with this issue:

Who Or What Is Really the World’s Central Bank?

Dirty Rotten Thieves

The following report is from a newsletter that a friend, a real estate agent who helped us find our home, sends regularly.

Air Conditioners are being stolen.

Nope, not the window units, you can carry by yourself, but the big one behind your house.

On Sunday, I held an open house at one of my listings. I went inside and it was 97 degrees. I turned down the thermostat, nothing. I kept trying to work the digital thermostat, thinking it was stuck on a pre-set temp.

After 20 minutes, it finally occurred to me that there was no sound of the unit engaging. I went outside. There was the cement pad, but no unit on top of the pad. The wires were cut. The framing for the unit was partially scattered around the yard. I talked to a neighbor who was mowing the grass for the seller. He did not see anything amiss over the last week.

The property is getting a new air-conditioning unit. The seller informed me today that the cost was about $2700 for the new unit. The owner was not sure if the unit was going to be covered with the insurance.

If you have a vacant home, you need to tell your insurance company. Sometimes they give you six months of time to sell the house. Sometimes, they raise your rates. However, if your property is vacant and something is stolen or vandalized, the homeowners insurance can deny your claim because you did not inform them it was not occupied. They can cancel your insurance immediately, if they find out.

This story was told to me by another agent at Prudential, LeAnna Beat. The bad guys tend to target vacant houses; but who’s to say, they might go after yours or mine next?

So, these units are most likely being stolen by selfish brutes who care only about obtaining money for themselves and whatever their purposes may be, stolen most likely for the aluminum to take to one of the local recyclers. At most, $50. Let’s be ridiculous and say $200 (No way!) But even at this, for a pitiful $200 these creeps cost their neighbors $2700. Moreover, each of these incidents causes insurance rates to go up for us all.

The minimum wage is $7.25 per hour. How long would these creeps have to work at a real job for this same $200? How long? About 27 hours. But the real price was probably not even $50, so how long for $50? This would be less than one day of honest work at minimum wage.

How many hours did these creeps spend casing the place to be sure it was vacant? How long did they work to destroy their neighbor’s property? How much more time did they expend on stripping the unity of its aluminum, because such a unit intact would be nearly worthless. The aluminum must be clean of steel and other metals and plastic to be of any significant value. How much time did it take for them to take it to the recycler? In all, they very likely expended more time and energy stealing than they would have expended doing some productive labor someplace, AND they put themselves at risk of harm and arrest. Worse, they injured their neighbors.

This is beyond sad.

But these are mere petty thieves. The damage that they do to society is insignificant compared to the organized thieves who rape entire societies and entire nations.

Consider the ongoing theft that is perpetrated by the central bankers. Amazingly, they not only rob people of everything that they earn, but they convince them to thank them for it.

Through the creation of more and more money, inflation is pressed upon the people. The rate of money creation is greater than the need. Borrowing is the mode of doing business. Thus more and more money is feloniously fabricated from nothing, bringing the value continually downward.

Today 10% inflation is counted as zero. It is counted as the norm of necessary growth. And so what a person possesses today is devalued over time to be worthless, because the value has been absorbed by those who control the supply of fictitious money.

This table illustrates the time frame for inflation at 10 percent.

This table illustrates the continual inflation of the cost of money at the rate of 10 percent annually. The third column shows the amount that a person must add to one’s savings and earnings to maintain the same value. The fourth column shows the actual decrease in the value of every dollar by the end of the year due to the inflated cost of the money.

As can be seen in this table, by the end of the seventh year the cost of the money has almost doubled. Thus, by the end of the seventh year the dollar that was possessed at the beginning of the first year is now worth only a nickel.

Where did the value go? It was absorbed by the Federal Reserve, or the Bank of England, or the Bank of China, or whichever of the central banks for that particular country. At 10 percent annual inflation it only takes 7 years for the Federal Reserve to absorb 100% of the value of whatever is earned and owned. They simply conjure up more fictitious money and the cycle continues.

But it is even more deviously clever than this. The Federal Reserve has confiscated control of the money supply from the people so that the government must buy money to pay its debts. It does this through treasury notes, for which the Federal Reserve prints or fabricates money at no cost to purchase. The government then pays interest on these notes. To pay this interest, more money is needed and so more notes are drafted thus creating more debt and more interest.

Therefore, not only is the people’s money stolen through inflation, but also through ever increasing taxes, to pay the debt that the government forces upon them, for after all, we are the government and therefore we must pay the debts.

Investigating the additional ways in which theft is perpetrated by the central bankers leads to even more heartache and astonishment. But surely this is sufficient to show who the truly dirty rotten thieves are. They don’t just destroy and steal an air conditioning unit here and there. They take everything and strip the people bare so that even what little they have managed to save for their heirs is taxed away.

Will the people eventually wake up? If they finally do, will it matter any more? Can anyone even give an accurate figure for the current so-called national debt?

Oh, by the way, Amos and the other prophets decried such things in their day, but as the Lord foretold, the situation is becoming worse and the bankers/beast is nearing total domination.

Change?

As I remember things, McDonald's had an advertisement in the past where they emphasized that they would give us change. Give them a dollar and they would give us change.

It occurred to me this evening, that this is what Obama really meant in his campaign mantra. He (and the FED and Congress) would take our dollars and give us mere change. At least McDonald's gave us greasy food and sugar with our change.

Of course, Obama and Company have given us other change, too. We now have sky-rocketing prices on almost everything, beginning with the price of fuel, extending to every other form of necessary goods and services. With this the national debt has grown to incalculable figures. McDonald's gave us change and fat bodies. The governmental leaders and bankers have given us fat government and banking institutions.

Then, also, where we once had at least the illusion of privacy, now the government and the bankers and the corporations know more about us than we do. While that may not be a change, the fact that we now are aware that they know more about us than we do is a change.

While I thought of this as a humorous thought to share when I first pondered it, having written it, I'm not laughing. I'm not even amused.

I guess I had better pull out the catechism and the hymnal and hear something to lift my spirit again.

Congressional Switchboard

Has the Congressional Switchboard ever been as busy as in the last few years? Trying to dial the numbers for the Congressional Switchboard today yields a busy signal or the nasty 3 tone ear blast followed by “We’re sorry, all circuits are busy.”

An interesting aside was noted by a friend regarding one of the toll free numbers for the switchboard. The number is 877-762-8762. Using the keypad letters this spells 877 SOB U SOB, or Servants of Bankers You Servants of Bankers.

This is an interesting observation. One can hardly count it as funny, though.

At the pace that Congress is working to force new legislation into law, letters via the US Postal Service are too slow. Emails seem largely to be ignored. And the Congressional Switchboard is overloaded.

So the frustrated people of the country turn to talk radio where they pacify one another, telling each other that they are great Americans and the like.

More and more diatribe and lambasting is encouraged as banter and even more perverse, as making a difference. What should be acted upon is turned into a game, into word play. Talkers sign contracts for millions of dollars while those calling in are pacified and directed to useless tea parties and other impotent gatherings of noise makers who cry out about how their government is abusing them and bankrupting them. Meanwhile, those who actually take action by stepping outside the two party system are vilified or demeaned and diminished, if not completely ignored.

How many people have even heard of the recent bill that has been sponsored that calls for a complete audit of the international banking cartel known as the Federal Reserve? How many people have even heard of H.R. 1207: Federal Reserve Transparency Act of 2009? Have the so-called conservative talk show hosts been discussing it? Have they encouraged people to consider the merits of this bill? Or is the traditional lambasting of the Democrats what they have promoted?

What value exists in lambasting others without taking decisive action oneself?

Where does all of the interest earned by the Federal Reserve go? The interest that is charged to the federal government should be accounted for, should it not? Does the Federal Reserve association of bankers pay taxes on its income? Why is the federal government charged interest on its own money in the first place? Does anyone keep track for the sake of the general welfare of the citizens of the nation? Why is HR 1207 not front page headline news?
