One holy catholic Church

Today there are many who deny that true unity in doctrine and practice can exist in the Church.

But then, how would they know?

Jesus' assertion to the Jews enslaved by the devil, and to their own sinful flesh, speaks to your rhetorical question, ""When you have lifted up the Son of Man, you will know that I am the One and I do nothing by Myself, but I speak as My Father taught Me. And He who sent Me is with Me and has not left Me alone, because I always do what pleases Him." As He was saying this, many believed in Him. then Jesus said to those Jews who believed in Him, "If you live in My Word, you are truly My disciples, and you will know the truth and the will free you." (John 8:28-32) "...everyone who sins is a slave to sin;" (John 8:34) "If you were Abraham's children, you would do what Abraham did;" (John 8:39)"If God were your father, you would love Me because I came from God and am here. I did not decide to come, but He sent Me. Why don't you understand what I am saying? Because you can't listen to what I tell you. Your father is the devil, and you do what your father wants" (John 8:42-44).
Thanks for setting forth the truth of God in Christ pointedly and lovingly, so that the faith worked by the Spirit through His Means of Grace will recognize it.
